Nas.com (formerly Nas.io)

Nas.io rebranded to Nas.com in 2026 and repositioned from community tool to solopreneur storefront. $29/mo Pro with a 2.9% fee, memberships, challenges with leaderboards, events, Magic Reach email and WhatsApp broadcasts, member import and export. Fees vary by country.

The Honest Limitation
Rebranded from Nas.io to Nas.com in 2026 with help centre and links still split between the two names. Platform fee varies by country and plan (US Pro 2.9% plus 2.9% + 30¢ gateway; Platinum 1%). No free plan for new customers. No spaces, no community-wide leaderboard (points and leaderboards live inside Challenges), and the old WhatsApp/Telegram group model isn't documented in the current help centre.

The short version

Nas.io was the free, Skool-shaped community tool with strong roots in Asia and the creator economy. In 2026 it became Nas.com, a "solopreneur" storefront with an AI cofounder, and the community features now sit inside a product catalogue alongside physical goods, payment links and Meta ads.

The rebrand is incomplete. The pricing page says Nas.com, half the help centre still says Nas.io, and buttons link to both. We've listed it under its new name because that's what you'll be billed by.

What's left for community builders is real: tiered memberships, a feed, challenges with points and leaderboards, events, 1:1 bookings, and a messaging tool that does email sequences and WhatsApp broadcasts. What's gone is "free." And the fee you pay depends on which country your business is in, which no other platform on this site does.

Pricing we checked

Three plans in the fee tables, two on offer. Nas.com's help centre says "Nas.com currently offers Pro and Platinum plans for new customers." A $9 Basic plan still appears in the fee tables and Nas's own pricing article, so it's either grandfathered or regional. 7-day trial.

  • Pro: $29/mo ($20.75 on annual). 10,000 members, 10 GB storage, 3 managers, Magic Reach, 500 WhatsApp DMs a month.
  • Platinum: $99/mo ($66.58 on annual). 100,000 members, 100 GB, 10 managers, affiliates, on-demand payouts, 1,000 WhatsApp DMs, half-price Meta ads campaign fee.
  • Basic: $9/mo where available. 100 members, 100 WhatsApp DMs, no Magic Reach.

Nas.com's own pricing page lists only the annual-equivalent prices ($20.75 and $66.58) with a "save 33%" toggle. The $29 and $99 monthly figures come from Nas's pricing article, updated September 2026.

Transaction fees

This is where Nas.com is unlike anything else here: the platform fee is set per region, per plan, per product type, and Nas publishes the whole table.

For a US business selling digital products or memberships: Pro 2.9%, Platinum 1%, Basic 4.9%, plus a 2.9% + 30¢ gateway fee, plus 1.5% on non-US cards. UK, Canada, Australia, UAE and Singapore follow the same platform percentages with local gateway rates. India adds 18% GST on the fees and withholding tax on payout. LATAM has a 0% Nas fee but higher gateway fees (4.9% to 7.9%).

Physical products are 0% Nas fee everywhere. Payment links ("Zero-Link") follow the digital rates.

We've entered 2.9 for the Pro plan, US digital rate. If you're not in the US, read Nas's fee table for your market before you trust that number.

Payments

Nas.com's own rails: Stripe in the US, UK and most markets, EBANX in LATAM, Razorpay in India. You don't connect your own account. Payouts are bi-weekly on Pro, "on demand" on Platinum per the pricing page (the comparison table says bi-weekly for both, so ask). Rated "Platform processor only."

Community and gamification

A member feed, public or members-only. Tiered memberships with approval rules, free trials and onboarding questions. Direct messages between you and members. Events, online or in person, with QR codes on Platinum. 1:1 bookable sessions.

Challenges are the standout: multi-day programs with checkpoints, submissions, their own feed, and optional gamification where participants earn points and climb a leaderboard. That's where the leaderboard lives, inside a challenge, not across the community. Rated "Points or badges" because there are no community-wide levels or unlocks.

What we couldn't find: the old Nas.io model of running your community inside a WhatsApp or Telegram group with Nas handling payments and access. The current help centre doesn't describe it. WhatsApp now appears as a broadcast channel in Magic Reach, not as the community itself. If you're coming to Nas for the chat-group model, confirm it still exists before you pay.

No spaces or sub-groups. One feed per business, plus challenge feeds. Rated "No."

Courses

"Digital File / Course" is one product type: structured content you sell. It's a lightweight builder, not a course platform with progress tracking and certificates. Challenges with checkpoints are closer to a cohort course than the course product is. Rated "Basic."

The three email questions

Does it send members a digest? Nas sends event-based emails (registration, checkpoint starts, winner notifications), which you can customise. We found no daily or weekly community digest. Rated "Basic notifications."

Can you email your members from inside it? Yes, and more. Magic Reach (Pro and up) sends email, feed posts, and WhatsApp DMs to all members, a tier, leads, or a custom selection, scheduled or immediate, with automated email sequences. WhatsApp DMs go from Nas.com's verified account, need member consent, and are capped per plan (500 a month on Pro, $30 for 500 more). Rated "Sequences and automation."

Can you get your list out? Yes. Community → Members → Export downloads your member list. We found no native Kit or Mailchimp integration and no documented Zapier app, so it's export and upload. Rated "Manual export only."

Getting in and getting out

Members in: Import a .csv, .xlsx or .xls into a membership tier, which is exactly what you want when moving a group. Rated "Yes."

Members out: Member list export. Posts, challenge submissions, comments: no export we could find.

Courses in: Rebuild. No importer.

Mobile app

A Nas.com member app, plus the business portal works on mobile. Not branded. Rated "Shared platform app."

Who it's for

  • Creators outside the US and Europe, especially LATAM, India and Southeast Asia, where Nas's local gateways and WhatsApp reach matter.
  • Anyone who wants challenges with leaderboards as their engagement engine.
  • A first paid membership with import, export and email in one bill under $30.

Who should skip it

  • Anyone who chose Nas.io because it was free. It isn't.
  • Anyone who wants spaces, sub-groups, or a community-wide leaderboard. That's Skool, Circle or SchoolMaker.
  • Anyone who can't tolerate a platform mid-rebrand. Check which name is on your invoice.

Known limitation

Rebranded from Nas.io to Nas.com in 2026 with help centre and links still split between the two. Platform fee varies by country and plan (US Pro 2.9% plus gateway). No free plan for new customers. No spaces, no community-wide leaderboard, and the old WhatsApp/Telegram group model isn't documented in the current help centre.
